Family from both sides, Tent Town, and our 17th anniversary

Alice scrubbed the grill inside and out as an early Father's Day present.
Grace and Alice on their 8-mile stake youth hike yesterday.
Grandma Terisa giving the girls a real-world demonstration on blister care, on MY toe!
View on Grace and Charlie's hike above the temple.
Until the bridge was out and they had to turn around.

We picked them up at the temple.
Grace and Alice went shopping together and had some fun.

They may seem an unlikely pair, but they really like their walks/hikes together everyday.
Reading to the boys on their tent night.
Grace and friends at the outdoor dance party.
Danny has a million mosquito bites, so he put those anti-mosquito bands on his wrists, ankles, and head!
Minifigs by Danny.
Gabrielsen family dinner at our house last Sunday, including Burtons, the grandparents, and Great-grandma Lu.

Date with Charlie playing Minecraft.
Charlie is in the hat, helping another boy learn how to tie a blanket for activity days.
On a morning walk.
Emily/kids came on Saturday.
We all loved the baby Gabe!!

Alice reading to Ruby and Marty.
Paul's meal at our anniversary restaurant: New Zealand elk tenderloin.
Kaysville Ponds on our date last weekend.

More Gabrielsen dinner party.

Grandma Terisa brought Grace a ton of stuff for trek! Thank you!

Snail on the other side of the window.
Going on a hike in her new hiking boots.
Going to work in his new work shirt.

Drenched after taking Toby to therapy.
He didn't want to feed himself...
Charlie set up all 3 tents by himself!
Tent Town!

Filthy Toby.
Putting on the rain flies as fast as we could!

Safe from the storm.
But very wet.

Alice and I made chocolate-covered strawberries one day.

Ready to sleep in the tent (minus Toby).

They came in before 10 pm, but got to do the fun part.
Chick-Fil-A for breakfast.
Fixing the sink clog.

Charlie earned money organizing the "everything drawer".
Ready to sleep on the trampoline.
Alice and I went on a walk around the temple.

Both boys said their favorite part of their trampoline night was the time in the evening when Alice came and hung out with them.
Danny got a million mosquito bites on his forehead overnight.
Tent Town with cousins! Charlie, Toby, Theodore.
Ruby, Marty, and Danny.
Looking at the daytime moon.

Everyone loved it when Gabe was awake and fed, so we could all hold him!

My boys loved playing booger ball with Aunt Emily.
Cute Toby.
All ready for our fancy dinner. The restaurant parking lot was full, so we parked nearby, next to some heavy machinery.
My handsome date. So, so in love with him!
Appetizer: pork belly, brie cheese, and caramelized balsamic onions.
Salad with apple, candied walnuts, and a roasted tomato.
Lamb tenderloin and a polenta cake. It was all so delicious!
Lemon cake with raspberries - free for our anniversary.
It was a beautiful place:)
On the way home, we saw our neighbors were giving away their old playhouse. Toby loves it!
I couldn't resist a photo of Ruby with all her yellow.
Gabe was in yellow too;)

I LOVE THIS PICTURE SO MUCH!!

I was barely able to finish my hair - my curling iron sparked twice, and tripped the breaker once! I had to risk it for my date, but I threw the curling iron away afterwards.
Black and white. I bought a new dress for the occasion.
