Easter, Paul's 42nd birthday, and Grace's mission call!

On Satuday morning, we had our celebration breakfast for everyone reviewing all the October Conference talks: donuts, chocolate milk, and cream soda.

General Conference.
The Dillons came on Saturday afternoon!
They switched outfits;)

Ham feast.
Bunny cakes.

Toby and Marty got along really well!

Alice got back into polymer clay.
Dyeing eggs on Easter Sunday.
Toby used paint sticks for his.

We just did one family Easter basket. No one cared, and no one wanted an egg hunt.
More Conference.

Egg wars.
Deviled eggs.

Alice's new nails.
Squiggly hair.

Paul went on Toby's field trip to the Ogden dinosaur museum.

Temple baptisms.

Toby likes to hang out in the front yard, and we see his silhouette through the window.
Charlie made potato salad with the leftover boiled eggs.

Paul made 2-hour chicken thighs on the grill. They got a little black because he had a lot of other stuff to get done between checks.
Grace went on a fun group date to an escape room. Her date is named Josh from Minnesota.

For Paul's birthday, I took him to a Vietnamese restaurant called Pho 33. They had 2 robots holding fortune cookies. We were told the robots haven't worked since "the incident".

Then we went to the Natural History Museum for their Bug World exhibit. It was awesome!

Fake background.
Real background.
My geology nerd:) Very interesting to go through the geology section with him - I learned a lot!
Obligatory pic in the dinosaur footprint.
Greek-style feast for dinner.

He was so happy when he saw it!

Charlie made cheesecakes for dessert.

Gift opening.

On Friday night, Grace got her mission call! We drove down to her dorm for her to read it to us in the activity room. So exciting!!

Home for leftover Indian chicken.
Then learning all about her mission.
We have a missionary!
