Toby's field trip and the symphony

Danny, Charlie, and a couple of neighbor boys out riding bikes.
Our religious Easter mantel.
Charlie had wet hair, then wore his bike helmet for a long time!
This guy.
Paul hung my stained glass heron I bought when we visited Whitney over Christmas break!
On a walk in the neighborhood. Toby thought his doll "Paul" would enjoy it.
Here's "Paul". He really liked her for a day or two, but hasn't really been interested since.
The kids went to Wal-Mart, and Danny came home with these bad boys!
Underwear head.
Brothers riding bikes on Sunday morning, looking like missionaries!
Toby refused to take a jacket to school one morning, but was cold while waiting for the bell, so Paul gave him his sweatshirt.
Field trip to the children's museum!
We got to ride a school bus!
He had fun, but was sometimes hesitant. He also doesn't like to pose for pictures.
The water section was a favorite.

Toby was terrified his sack lunch would blow away in the wind, so he held onto it tight until they got back to school and he could eat at his desk:(

Charlie made potato salad one day, just because he loves it.
Alice didn't love what we were having for dinner, so I told her she could make ramen.
Walk at Farmington Bay. Toby didn't want Charlie to get lost, so he held onto his shirt while he biked.

Alice on the trampoline.

Toby wants to collect all the Chex flavors on the back of the box, so he puts different ones on my shopping list every so often. He's built up this many, and I see wheat chex is on my list for next time! Wal-Mart doesn't sell every flavor though.
Waiting for the bell to ring.
Charlie burning a leaf with a magnifying glass.

Alice's eye is the same color as a blueberry!
Toby loves these lens-less sunglasses!
Grace headed to her choir festival. They got superior ratings and will go on to the next level!
Toby's cute drawing.
Smoot Park creek.

Alice and I went to hear Grace sing.
Sunset on a walk with Alice afterwards.

Typical Toby.
Charlie made a cake one day. It had a few slight issues...
Toby wanted to help me get ready for my date to the symphony.

Danny found out BYU lost their game.
The symphony was awesome!
Grace got asked to prom with a giant teddy bear. "It would be un-BEAR-able to go without you!"
Charlie and a couple friends presented their vulture mascot idea to the school community council.
Toby in our bed.

Toby asked if he could have a poster board. Very random.

I don't know why all the letters for "HE IS RISEN" are blowing away in the wind?
At Crighton's wedding reception with Uncle Mike and Uncle Todd.
The mother/son dance. I sent my kids this picture and all the wanted to know was if he really got married in jeans?!
The venue was so cute!

There was a mechanical bull at the reception, so I think jeans are perfectly appropriate:)
Here's Creighton at our wedding 19 years ago, and now he's a married man himself.
Toby's album cover.
Toby wrote himself a note to put on the girls' door to remind himself of the rules for going in there.
I guess Alice let him in!

Some stuff BYU sent Grace.

At the park this morning.
I took Grace out to lunch at this cute crepe place. A girl from our ward works there, and insisted on making Grace a free cup of cocoa.
"The diva" crepe with nutella, berries, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.
Awesome grilled cheese with blackberries and arugula inside. Grace and I shared both things.
Charlie trimmed bushes while Alice sprayed dandelions.
Grace's reply to Tyler is based on the word games they like to play together.
My little sweetie!
And this guy.
Charlie made Toby this blue dirt cake Toby had seen in a magazine.
Grace bought sleeves on Amazon and sewed them onto her sleeveless dress for prom.
The giant bear also fits the dress!
