Snow, Charlie's party, and the zoo

I took Toby on a birding drive in Farmington Bay since it was too cold and windy to play outside.

When we got home, he said he wanted blue hair.
He loves hoodies with pockets.

Scary!
Snow is always exciting!
Except for Paul, who had to clean off Justin's car for carpool, since the roads hadn't been treated yet and Justin's car is better than ours for driving in the snow.

Danny's birch trees.
Covered in stuffed animals.
Alice and all the girls in her class on Veterans Day.
Prepping for Charlie's belated birthday party. The gummy worms came out of the bag all stuck together.
He was very specific about the snacks he wanted.
6 friends plus Danny came. Very noisy!
They liked playing thimble and throwing water at each other.
Legos at the end as we waited for parents to arrive.
Zoo on Saturday morning.
Sea lion.
Polar bear and reflection.
Danny's favorite animal. The giant tortoise was active for once!

Even Paul likes the carousel:)
Too cool, but riding a dolphin anyway;)
Ostrich.
New pho place. Not as good as our old standby, but a bit closer to our house.
A walk through Farmington Bay for our date.

Lego party after haircuts.
Sunday silliness.
Charlie taught FHE on gratitude, then we filled out this thankful tree Sarah gave us.

Danny's lego coal truck.
Farmington Bay tonight. Yes, that's 3 times this week.
Grace and Noah sold concessions together at the debate tournament. Just friends...?

Charlie at the STEM expo for activity days.
Buddies.
Danny and Charlie sledding on the church hill.
Charlie got 2 Minecraft lego sets at his birthday party.
Pretty Alice.
