Pockets of rock inside another rock.
Me and the baby Ella.
Danny has been really into the Periodic Table of Elements lately. Here is a winner's podium with the symbols for gold, silver, and copper.
The girls did a bunch of puzzles one night.
Charlie being cool on a bike.
Upside down Danny.
The girls decorated shirts with fabric markers. Alice's was just a bunch of designs. Grace's says Easily DisYAKted. (Easily distracted by yaks.)
Back. Grace's is all about Hooper, UT and the things we saw there.
Cute kids on Sunday morning.
Isaac and Addy eating breakfast on our patio.
COVID breakfast buffet, including single servings of everything so no one touches anyone else's stuff.
Grace and Ella.
Grandma Terisa, Ella, Charlie.
Alice and Ella.
Cousins! Addy, Isaac, Charlie, Danny.
All the Gabrielsen grandkids. Grace, Toby, Alice, Ella, Addy, Isaac, Charlie, Danny.
Plus the grandparents.
Grace painting Addy's nails.
Addy and Alice have always gotten along well.
Charlie and Addy had plenty to talk about, since they're only a grade apart.
Danny and out first full-size tomato.
Danny and Addy are also one grade apart.
Grace and Ella. That baby got passed around a lot:)
Sleepy Grandpa.
Danny and Grandma.
Adoring cousins.
That hair!
And cute baby feet:)
Addy and Charlie had a water serving business because it was so hot.
Danny and Isaac are a lot alike.
The doting uncle.
Alice sometimes gets up early to support Grace in her PE exercises. She usually falls back asleep when Grace goes to shower.
Mountain View park.
The kids always huddle in whatever shade they can find.
It was surrounded by so many power lines we could actually hear the electricity buzzing.
That's a lot of wires!
A sign of the times. We opted out of using the bathrooms.
When Charlie takes a photo of Danny.
Selfie.
Foss Lewis park.
Thistles.
Alice reading to the boys.
The boys are really into rocks right now. They gave faces to some of their favorites.
Happy baby with his daddy!
Impromptu drawing party.
Charlie's drawing of a stunt guy jumping off a horse, and Sasquatch in his underwear.
He also drew a shark and a guy getting abducted by aliens. He is so creative, and draws so cute!
Legacy Park. The astroturf was our favorite!
Huddled in the shade again. They like to play that they live in different houses, then they visit each other and throw parties and stuff.
Danny and blocks.
Grace and Alice playing dress up.
And Charlie.
And Danny.
This is Charlie 7 years ago.
And today.
I bought the kids super cheap art supplies from the back-to-school sale.
Happy baby at Hatch park.
This may look like two boys lazing around in the peaceful shade in the middle of a nice grassy field.
Nope. The only shade they could find on a tiny sliver of grass next to a noisy freeway. Not the best park we've ever been to.
But pretty view in the distance.
Danny's block castle before getting destroyed by the monster (Toby).
Huge U-shaped cucumber.
Paul and Charlie's date making stress balls. They turned out really great!
Paul's lunch: bagel with cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, and lox. He took the onions off.
Today's basil harvest.
Chopped up with some tomatoes for our bruschetta dinner. Yum!
