Sat, July 25 - Made it to Horseshoe Bend, ID. Went to see what was going on at Joel/Melanie's. Darius and Wesley.

We ate, visited, and slept (with MANY others) at Mom and Dad's. Danny and Clara.

The homecoming luncheon at Joel/Melanie's was delicious, with lots of fun visiting. Henry, Justin, Abel, Ben.
Then a drive (farther) out in the country to the Lazy R Guest Ranch for the reunion. Cool view from the loft of the barn.
Joel had quality time with Emily and Abel. Family pictures, dinner, FHE, impromptu talent show, dessert, and meeting Emily/Clara. Nice evening!
Rough night sleeping in a barn with all the cousins, but everyone was excited to ride horses in the morning!

More canoeing. Lots of good discussion groups throughout the day while people took turns riding horses.
I spent most of the afternoon preparing the dinner, then Kelsey airbrushed my make-up.
Grace and the kids enjoyed face painting and friendship bracelet making.
After more discussion groups and dinner, we had a fun dance party! Then Preston's birthday, and the family meeting and games.
Tuesday the kids went on hikes. Here's one group.

Those of us who didn't hike visited. Cassidy fed Danny.
Then a fun adult volleyball game!
Our kids all fell asleep on the way to the final reunion activity: lunch at the Mexican restaurant. Great food and fun! We said our goodbyes to everyone who had to head home.
But many of us stuck around. We stayed at Mom/Dad's. Here we are going through some of our memory boxes that were in Dad/Mom's storage unit. I reduced 4 boxes down to 1! We swam at Joel/Melanie's in the evening, then planned with the adults.
On Wednesday, Grandpa took the kids out on a hike.
Paul had to carry Charlie the whole way.
Then we hung out and Mom gave haircuts to my family. Charlie and Emily.
He found a dirt bike at Mom/Dad's rental. We swam at Joel/Melanie's, then grocery shopped, and I made Filipino food for everyone for dinner. The adults played games that night.
On Thursday, a bunch of us went to lunch at Nam King. So good! Charlie and Abel.
Then we checked out the Basque Festival, but it was too hot.
So we went to the Idaho Candy Company and got cheap seconds.
That night, we went on a fun date with Joel/Melanie, Sarah/Matt, and Cassidy to the Idaho Botanical Gardens. Fun band, fun food, fun visiting, etc. We left for Utah on Friday morning.
