Sickness and snow

Before going to bed, the snow was starting to cover the luminarias.
7-8 inches by morning!

Charlie went sledding on the church hill.

Danny made a B-Bot after watching Ron's Gone Wrong.
Watching the BYU bowl game today.
Snowman we saw at the church. Door stopper as a nose, tithing envelope in hand!
Cuties eating leftovers from the ward Christmas brunch.
Reading by the tree.
Block tower!
Grace reading us some emails between her and a certain someone...
Covid tests for Paul and me this week. Negative, thankfully.
Ashley had this dropped off at my doorstep for lunch one day when she heard I was sick:)
We missed out on a Christmas event due to sickness, so this was the conselation prize.
So sick. I didn't wear makeup the entire week.
Cute brothers!!
So much snow! Paul starting to shovel.
The luminaria test;)
Across the street.
Charlie and Danny in awe.
Charlie helped Paul shovel.
Then Alice took over.
Alice and Grace shoveled the widow's driveway nextdoor.
Charlie and Danny.
Charlie is such an angel:)

Second tooth lost in a week!
Charlie practicing the piano.
More book time with Daddy.
Cozy little sick guy.
Charlie's schoolwork, something about a different take on the gingerbread man story. "I am businessbread man, and I am serious! I have many clients, one of them is a t-rex and he is suspicious, he attacked me! It's t-rex here! I loved that dude, he was yummy!"
Danny made a graham cracker house at school.
Breakfast boys.
Me and my sick buddy.
Alice is sick too.

Holiday hair day for Alice. She reported zero kiss attempts.
Charlie and his b-bot.
Still sick today, but I put on makeup for the first time this week!
Alice's cute lego nativity.
More reading time for Toby.
Grace cozy in front of the fire.
She gave her 7 best friends cozy socks for Christmas.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Yogurt parfaits for Sunday breakfast.
Danny wrote a note to thank the mailman. For some reason, he used the code name "Card Bread".
Danny's Christmas drawings are pretty cute. "Hey, that goat looks festive." Hahaha!
Toby saw this cookie in one of his favorite shapes when we went to lunch, and he just had to have it!
We loved the car tunnel at the free Layton City lights.

New (used) crib for Toby after he jumped on the bed one too many times and busted through the springs.
Charlie's cute Christmas drawing!
Alice's final activity days ever was making gingerbread houses.
I baked homemade bread for the first snow toast and cocoa.
Christmas scene with Danny.
Alice excited as the first snow of the season is just beginning to stick.
Our little piano guy.
He loved the snow!!

The kids had plenty of snow to play in after school. Eventually 6 inches.

Back in time to the Layton lights.

Paul took the boys sledding on the church hill.

All dressed in their snow clothes in hopes of some outdoor recesses.
He wanted a pajama day.

Snow pics.

I think Paul wiped out on the sledding hill.

Our date to see the Christmas decorations at the Grand (and Little) America today. The giant gingerbread house.
Cuddling my sick little guy.
On our date.
Loving the snow.
Grace and friends singing their special musical number at the choir concert. She's on the far right.
I helped set up decorations at the ward Christmas brunch this morning.
Catered! That wet red thing is a cream cheese stuffed crepe.
More date today.

From the balcony at the Little America.

Cozy after Toby's bath.
Playing with the portrait setting on my new phone.
Breakfast brothers.
Sick little guy.
He deserves a portrait:)
All dolled up for the choir concert.
Grace's "friend" came to support her.
This is what "Come Follow Me" looks like at our house.

Just after his bath.
Merry Christmas, from Grace.
