Craft I made with Danny one day for learning time.
Playing with letters.
Charlie's face when I told him we were going to have a one-on-one date during Danny's nap:)
Trivia questions for Cassidy's shower.
Red ribbon week against drugs at Alice's school this week. Western wear day: give drugs the boot. (It was also PE day, so Alice couldn't actually wear boots - ha!)
Super hero day. Something about heroes don't do drugs or something. I'm afraid Alice is often pretty grouchy before school. She doesn't like to be rushed.
Charlie dressed himself for his ABC fashion show. I told him if he wanted to wear a bow tie, he'd need a collared shirt. He is also wearing a belt with elastic shorts. Classy!
Trying to comfort Alice after some meltdown or other.
Roaring fire on a snowy day:)
At Cassidy's baby shower. Cassidy, me, and Jesus.
I huge deep pile of leaves we found on a walk one evening.
Temple parking garage.
Hawaiian day. "Lei" off drugs.
Cute new shirt from Mom/Dad Gabe.
They also brought a great tool set!
And some Santa mustaches for the peanut gallery;)

Charlie's 5th birthday and potty training Danny
The birthday boy on Monday morning.
Birthday breakfast: chocolate marshmallow cereal.
He got a cool spider!
And $5 from Grandma/pa Flake!
His main gift from us was this mini trampoline. We're glad for him to have something actually MEANT to be jumped on:)
Fishing for sight words. Cool game from Mom/Dad Gabe.
Making stuff out of dominoes. We got him that alien shirt: I Don't Believe in Humans.
First flurries!
You can see a few on the slide. Plus cool new boots and shirt from Mom/Dad Gabe.
Ready for potty training: pull-ups, super hero underwear, and Polar Bear's Underwear book. (Also, nice painting by Paul!)
Movies and kool-aid for day one of potty training.
Lunch on the potty with his Star Student brother.
90% off costumes at Target. For $3, it doesn't matter that this costume is already too small. Catboy from PJ Masks. (The costume just barely fits his body, but obviously his brain is WAY too big for the mask!)
Alice and her two great-grandpas on the Veterans Day wall at her school.
Cute turkey Alice made at school.
Potty boy!
He wanted to be Captain CTR like his Grandpa Gabe.
Catboy.
Another 90% off costume for next year. We also got two donut costumes!
Charlie really liked this costume. We also got a lederhosen costume!
Weird Grace at Charlie's birthday dinner.
Cake time!
Charlie wanted to go to a playground that evening.
Hacking apart the giant pumpkin for FHE.
The carnage.
Grace sledgehammered hers.
Smashing pumpkins.
Before our date to Bountiful Pond, we stopped at Maverick to share a Cinnabon roll and a slushie.
Paul's date with Alice: looking at stuff through the microscope. They both really liked it.
Grace wanted me to help her make a blog of her photos.
All ready for the primary program this morning!
I love these cuties!
