Alice picks huge bouquets of clover flowers everyday and brings them inside. At least she doesn't get mad when we throw them away.
Cute snuggly blanket time!
Blah!
Grandma Terisa sent gifts from her trip to the Georgia Aquarium: clownfish pj's for Alice, sequin jellyfish pj's for Grace, and a diver suit bib for Charlie!
"Would you like a spot of tea?"
Cousin time with baby Darius.
Cute little boy!
Poor Alice was so sad when we told her to wash off some of her make-up before going to get babysat. She had done it all by herself without use of a mirror. So I said, "Go look in the mirror, and see if you think maybe you should wash some of it off." She looked in the mirror, and with those big, sad eyes said, "But I look beautiful!" You can't argue with that. We left it.
All dolled up to get babysat.
Charlie doesn't need make-up to look cool.
Ready for our anniversary date!
Gussied up for Paul.
And he got gussied up for me!
8 years of wedded bliss.
And counting!
Taking the Metro into DC.
Steak and frites.
Paul with the restaurant sign: Medium Rare.
Daddy horse! I don't think he's gonna be able to fit another one on there...
Our new rental!
Alice takes a picture.
And then Grace.
Four cousins in pajamas.
Alice has a hard life.
Whitney and baby D.
Paul's baby is just slightly bigger.
He loves his mommy.
Just chillin'.

Memorial Day and Justin/Kelsey's Visit
Charlie is secure enough in his masculinity to wear a sparkle sequins flower headband.
Awesome Kansas BBQ sauces/rub from Justin and Kelsey!
Charlie finally warmed up to Justin on a walk around Greenbelt Lake.
Memorial Day breakfast of waffles and waffle eggs.
All of us doing Charlie's muscle pose.
Grace watching the torrential rainstorm.
Alice loved it that Jude and Miles were willing to play dress-up with her!
Our kids and Justin's staring into the sun by Greenbelt Lake.
The happy couple.
The happy couple, part 2.
These kids had a lot of fun together, eating honeysuckle and getting filthy.
Memorial Day wading pool party in our backyard.
New swimsuit!
We inherited a second wading pool from a friend who was moving. Fun!
Great way to cool off on a hot day.
Floaty toy jewelry.
Charlie loves to pretend to be asleep.
Relaxing on the couch time.
I love this boy!
Justin insisted on deep fried milky way ice cream sundaes, to be able to share the joy with Kelsey. He went out an bought all the ingredients, and we were all happy he did!
Waiting for the Air and Space Museum to open.
Profile pic.
The kids having races on the stairs to pass the time.
In a hot air balloon basket.
Free Sesame Street night sky movie in the planetarium.
Flying a plane.
Alice too.
Could've been a nice picture, except for the sun in our eyes.
And another one, minus Miles.
Waiting for the realtor while house hunting yesterday.
Album cover?
