Danny's 5th birthday and Christmas kickoff

Danny loves playing with his Mag Builders.
 Good old Alice.
 Sweet baby!
Danny's birthday breakfast at the island.
Mini muffins in the shape of paws. He was kinda sick...
But he perked up so he could go to preschool!
Grace decorated Danny's cake. He chose strawberry cake, purple frosting, and whoppers in the shape of a giraffe.

 $5 from his Flake grandparents!
 Reindeer baby.
He likes the kid nativity set.
 Watching cartoons.
 Setting up the tree!
 Toby supervised.

 How Christmasy can you get?
Tea parties.
Grace is sick with a cold/cough.
Yahtzee date with me. She got two Yahtzees in one game!
 Sick, but cute.

 My tall 5-year-old.
Family time in the kitchen. We all love that naked baby!
The new Friend magazine came, and the kids ran to the couch to look through it together.

Typical Charles.
Danny got a crown and mini ice cream truck from preschool.

Disney+ and Temple Square

The girls decorated their room with New Era posters, plus Grace's Personal Progress calendar. Good girls.
I volunteer in Charlie's class on Wednesdays.
I pull kids out into the hall to test them on their sight words. Charlie passed his off!
Recent purchases from Whitney's Etsy shop. I love them!
Temple Square today with the kids.
 Charlie and the temple.
Christmas tree decorated with Books of Mormon, Golden Plates, and Liahonas.
Temple with the Capitol building in the background.
My favorite building: the assembly hall.
Organ pipes in the assembly hall.
 Ceiling.
 Stain glass windows.
Grace is able to give Danny a piggy back ride!
 Conference center.
From the roof. Such pretty architecture.
Chandelier in the church history museum. It's a room made to look like a pioneer era drawing room.
Charlie raked leaves in our backyard.
Grace and Paul attempted baptisms at the Salt Lake temple, but left when they heard it was a 2-hour wait!
Toby was asleep in his stroller, but here's the rest of our family, where our family began, at the Salt Lake temple!
Sneak peak inside a side door of the tabernacle. They were practicing for the Face-to-Face tomorrow.
Grace painting in the church history museum.
