Paul in Boston for Valentine's Day:(

Charlie in the sweater a lady in my ward crocheted for him.
Grace passing out her valentines in class. No candy allowed, so we got little packets of yogurt raisins. We bought valentine cards at the dollar store weeks ago - they were really cute!
Charlie at Grace's Valentine's Day performance. He got the best seat in the house - the rocking chair.
Alice hates to get her picture taken. Whenever I pull out the camera, she says: Shoo, shoo!
Grace at her performance. They sang songs about friendship and love.
Sweet Charlie sleeping on my arm.
Alice with her face against the glass door, taunting me after locking me out when I went to the laundry room without her.
Somebody needs to fix that kid's hair.
Alice is SO proud that she knows how to do the sign for "I love you" now. She wanted me to send this picture to Paul in Boston.
Happy Grace on a rare Saturday with nowhere to go.
 Fruit roll ups!
I think she looks like her cousin Emery in this picture.
 What is he dreaming about?
Paul was worried he wouldn't get to leave Boston on Sunday morning, but after de-icing, he was only 15 minutes late. We missed him so much after being gone since Thursday morning.
Striking picture of Alice enjoying a chocolate chip bran muffin.
 Alice's new favorite toy - a bag.
 Foam letter hat.
 Peek a boo!
I can't get enough of that sweet baby!
We celebrated Valentine's Day a day early so Paul could be here. I cut the brownies into hearts and lips.
We made valentines for Paul. The kids decorated paper plates with cut-outs of their faces, hands, and feet. I did one with my face on the front, then inside were cotton balls sprayed with my perfume. Paul loved it!
Paul at the Trinity Church in Copley Square in Boston.
Paul had an event at Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. The baseball diamond was covered in snow.
 Two World Series trophies.
He had another event at the top of the Prudential building. Nice view!
 Snowy Boston.
Good thing he brought warm clothes!
The girls were SO happy to have Daddy back from his conference on Sunday afternoon. They played and wrestled in the blanket pile they made.
I had planned a romantic post-Valentine's Day dinner for Paul and me, so we made pancakes for the girls for dinner. We were hungry too, so we had our appetizers - crackers with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil - so good!
Once the kids were in bed, we had the main course - ribs cooked all day, and twice-baked potatoes.
 Paul's welcome home wall.
Delicious romantic dinner! We had cheesecake for dessert.
Two silly girls in sunglasses sing "I Like to Look for Rainbows".
