Christmas performances, temple trips, and a sick little elf

These are the kinds of texts I get when Charlie is babysitting.
Alice learned how to make a new kind of bread this week. It was yummy!
Just a full-scale butter head in the church fridge???
Sunset at our old-school church building.
Warm stew on a cold day.
Toby was sick all week long!

Alice has been taking a musical theater class all semester. They had a showcase this week, and she was in four of the numbers.

Grace had her Christmas choir concert. It was really nice. (Front row, to the right of the piano music stand.)

Reading to a sad, sick boy.
Layton temple at night, on our date. It will be dedicated in June.

Alice made Santa hat earrings.
Blanket hair.
Grace's artwork Aunt Whitney taught her how to make.

"Sparkly and bright" day at school.
Getting the seeds out of the pomegranates for salad.
Alice candied the pecans.
At the Tabernacle Choir Christmas concert last night.

Decorating sugar cookies today.

Delivering cookies to the neighbors. He finally seems to be past his sickness!
Grace's pics from the Winter's Dance.

Danny's Jr. Jazz basketball team. (There were actually 10 boys on the team.) He's back left.
Reading with Toby.
At the Layton Commons Park lights for our date.

Temple baptisms.
Making sugar cookie dough.
Salmon and pomegranate salad.
Sugar cookie decorating.

Headed to the temple/priesthood preview meeting.
