Last week of online school

On our date to the heronry pond last night.
Great blue heron.

One of my favorite places to be!
Paul wanted to practice setting up our old phone as a movie-watching option for the road trip. It totally works!
Toby wore a mask for like an hour when we went to the Dollar Store! We never make him wear one, but we've tried it a few times without success. Paul decided to give it another shot, and he went for it!
Alice made a high ponytail.
Alice must be playing an online game for school.
I made tamales this week - it took days!
What the corner of our living room looked like all school year. They're all cleaned out and returned now!
Charlie's lego creation.
He's really good at the Etch-A-Sketch too.
Making tamales.
Charlie helped put the dried chile pods in the blender.
Twins!
Heronry pond.

Great blue heron.
My favorite date.

Dinner at Chang's Chopstix.

Charlie used his Dollar Tree money to get nunchucks and a blow-up punching bag guy. He decided to dress the punching bag guy, and named him Jerry. He takes him everywhere, and even wants us to give Jerry a hug after family prayer!
Pepperoni rolls ready to freeze for the road trip.
Homemade graduation ceremony by Alice and Danny. Bathrobes for gowns, paper cut-outs and Headbanz bands for caps, and handwritten diplomas.
Masked baby at the Dollar Store.

Pretty Grace.
I did her hair.
Yay! School's out!
8th grade graduate. Technically moving on to high school, though it's still at the junior high.
Kindergarten graduate. He's SO proud of his diploma!
Alice and her teacher.
Paper caps for all the online kindergarten grads.
Danny and his teacher.
Weird boys.
Sisters.
Weird kids.
Last day of school photo shoot.

That dressing on her leg is to cover all the mosquito bite scabs she picks at.

At the park waiting for our friends to show up.

Finally done with all her schoolwork, getting to relax.
Grandma therapy.
Old picture of Haley and me with stuffed animals.
Weird Alice.
Toby eating at the table in a booster seat.
Online school.
Sunset.
Tamales. Really good.

On our date on Memorial Day to Riverdale.

Grace is my best organizer, and she loves it.
Alice was so good with Toby that day.
Blowing up all the air mattresses to try to find leaks. The kids wanted to play princess and the pea.
Paul made delicious steak and asparagus.

Lego time on Sunday.
Tamales.
My little butler.
I organized the toys.
