First week of summer break

Charlie wanted his date with Paul to be painting together in the kitchen. They made really cute hammerhead sharks.
Charlie is really weird sometimes. But really cute.
 First day of swim lessons!
Bigfoot print? At the city park.
Danny did enough workbook pages to earn his stuffed animal prize!
The kids made a really fun game one day acting out the Gravity Falls cartoon. Grace even paused the show a bunch of times to trace some of the symbols and clues onto paper to solve the mystery.
 Cute happy baby!

Charlie tried to get him to sleep.
 Tummy time.

Playing at the park before swim.
 So many toys!
 Johnny Appleseeds.
Playing the drums with toes and chopsticks on a kleenex box.
 Johnny Appleseed.
Charlie insisted I put this on Toby.
It was his costume for "Summerween", they said.
He took to Grandma Flake right away.
We had a fun visit with those guys!
Alice was inspired to read family history when they left.
I had to take pictures of the kids to virtually try glasses on them.

Charlie wanted to virtually try glasses on too, but I didn't buy him any. He wanted to choose some heart-shaped ones.
Charlie and Alice cooling off in the hallway under the swamp cooler.
The Presbyterian church in SLC on our anniversary date.

 13 years of love!
Presbyterian church, Thomas S. Monson building, and Catholic cathedral.

 Cathedral of the Madeline.

Inside is very pretty and colorful.

 Organ pipes.

By Emigration Creek at Westminster College.
 'Merica.
 Being weird.

 Alice tending Toby.
 Interesting cloud formation.
Paul taught Grace how to use the weed whacker.
The girls went to a painting class together.
 Muscle men!
Blanket forts made by the kids. Huge mess, but fun.
 Cooling off in the hall.
 Cute brothers!
Anniversary breakfast. We shared citrus French toast and a ham/cheese croissant.

 Covered bridge over Emigration Creek.

 Statue bench at Westminster College.
Paul's pastrami sandwich and potato salad at the Jewish deli for our anniversary lunch.
